Unfortunately, if you have not canceled the session or tried to rearrange the session previously you will be charged for the session as the tutor has had to clear their plans and prepare for the session and also wait around for the student to join the call. We feel this is only fair for the tutor. This policy is vice versa in the case a tutor doesn't show up for a session.
